NAMSAP is excited to present its 12th Annual Meeting & Educational Conference from September 14-16, 2016. We are expecting record attendance in the charming and culturally vibrant city of
San Antonio!

Our Pre-Conference workshop, “MSP Crash Course,” is targeted to new entrants into the field of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) professionals and will provide an interactive overview of the law, regulations, and helpful insights influencing Medicare Set-Asides (MSAs). Starting Wednesday afternoon with a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) representative, the meeting will address a variety of topics of concern to the MSP stakeholder community and an overview of Medicare Advantage Organization case law effecting reimbursement. The day will end with an
in-depth analysis of civil monetary penalties.

Start your networking Wednesday evening with our Southwestern-themed welcome reception. Join us for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and a special opportunity to connect with your peers and meet speakers and sponsors of NAMSAP.

Thursday will cover MSP's Recovery Portal and Primary Payer Appeals before attendees breakout into either the allocator or legal tracks and will then return for a discussion on a myriad of state laws and their consequences and outcomes. Care for a little fun along the River Walk? Grab some friends and join in on the entertaining scavenger hunt Thursday evening.

The meeting wraps up Friday with tips for making your case in the WCMSA Re-Review Process, how to mitigate prescription drug costs, and a discussion addressing MSP concerns and potential future advocacy efforts on behalf of the community.
