Aaron Frederickson
ESQ.

Aaron Frederickson has legal practice experience in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury and Medicare/Medicaid compliance. He is also a health insurance professional and brings a passion to educating his peers. He has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 2002, as well as Wisconsin starting in 2008. In addition to working on highly regulated matters, Aaron has litigated countless cases and founded a compliance consulting firm where he helped numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds across the United States. His passions also include assisting low income persons via pro bono legal representation. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Cloud State University and a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. Aaron is an active member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) and the Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA).

 

Patrick Czuprynski
ESQ., MSCC

Patrick Czuprynski is an Illinois licensed attorney and Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified with substantial experience in the areas of workers’ compensation litigation and Medicare Secondary Payer compliance. Patrick has handled hundreds of claims in various jurisdictions dealing with Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance issues including, but not limited to: conditional payment negotiations, Medicare Set-Aside submissions and redetermination requests, settlement contract and release negotiation, and Section 111 compliance.
