Refund Policy: NAMSAP acknowledges that extenuating circumstances may cause an attendee to cancel their attendance or participation. If you are unable to attend a webinar or in-person educational offering (i.e., Annual Meeting & Educational Conference, regional meeting, etc.) after already making payment, you are encouraged to offer your place to an industry friend or colleague. However, if you require a refund, NAMSAP will provide one if a request is made in writing (Info@NAMSAP.org) at least two (2) weeks in advance of the webinar/event. However, an administrative processing fee of $25 (webinar) or $50 will be assessed. If the request is within two (2) weeks of an in-person event, then there will be no refund provided. If you cancel attendance of a webinar then that individual will be issued a credit good for one (1) year.
